Week 1 is about just keeping the engine running and educating yourself on what you are doing well and not so well.
The following drills can be done with a friend, family member, a one-on-one session with a Goalkeeper HQ coach or whilst on a goalkeeping camp this week.
At a minimum, do 15 minutes of handling & footwork and 15 minutes of distribution.
