This drill is used to ensure good “W” hand shapes above your head.
- Toss the ball above your head
- Catch the ball cleanly as it comes down
- You get one point every time you catch the ball cleanly
- Take off with one leg. Alternate take off legs
- Count your highest scoreā¦. i.e., you get to 6, then drop it and the only get to 5 before time runs out.
