Goalkeeping challenge

This drill is used to ensure good “W” hand shapes above your head.

  • Toss the ball above your head
  • Catch the ball cleanly as it comes down
  • You get one point every time you catch the ball cleanly
  • Take off with one leg. Alternate take off legs
  • Count your highest scoreā€¦. i.e., you get to 6, then drop it and the only get to 5 before time runs out.
